About the proposal

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Capel, in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2, Clause 4 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, resolves to advertise draft Local Planning Policies:

1.    Draft Local Planning Policy 6.3 - Exemptions for Minor Developments

2.    Draft Local Planning Policy 6.21 - Sea Containers

3.    Draft Local Planning Policy 6.23 - Amendment & Extension of Term Development Approval
