The code consists of general principles, behaviour and rules of conduct. You can make a complaint if you believe someone has breached the code.

Complaints

To make a complaint, you’ll need to:

Provide supporting information

Where possible, you should include documents and screenshots to support your complaint. 

Return to our Complaints Officer (CEO)

You should return via email or mail within one month of the occurrence.

We’ll provide a copy to the applicable persons and refer the complaint to the Council for consideration. Council will manage the complaint behaviour as the decision-making body. You can withdraw a complaint at any time before it goes to the council for consideration.

Outcomes

The council may make a finding, develop a plan or a code of conduct breach.
