- Applicants must reside within the Shire of Capel
- Applicants need to be a concession card holder
- The applicant is required to have their animal registered with the Shire of Capel
- Applications may be made at any time, but only once during any financial year
- Applicants must attach a copy of their concession documentation in support of their application, for example, Pension Card
- Applicants can attach a photograph of their pet in support of their application
- The Applicant and owner of the animal are to provide the Shire of Capel with the sterilisation certificate/microchip number, to update Shire’s registration records
- This subsidy is subject to sufficient funds being provided by the Council’s Annual Budget and the Shire of Capel reserves the right to end the promotion without notice
- Please allow 21 working days to process the Application
- The procedure is required to be completed within 21 working days of the approval date of the application.
