Proposal description

The Shire has received an application for development approval for an Aldi retail development. The applicant has submitted the following proposal:

• A supermarket with a gross floor area of approximately 1505m²
• A parking area for 85 car bays (requirement is 79 bays)
• Landscaping areas (8.57% of development site), and
• Left in, left out and right in vehicular access on Portobello Road, delivery entry point from Grafton Lane.
