Proposal description
|
The Shire has received an application for Development Approval for Child Care Premises at the above location. Given the estimated cost of the development the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) will be determining the application. The proposal includes:
a) Single Storey Child Care Premise comprising of 683m2 of built area, and 648m2 of outdoor play area.
b) Car parking spaces, nineteen (19) onsite car parking bays and eight (8) street bays with vehicle access taken from Ferndale Avenue and Starlite Bend.
c) Capacity for ninety-two (92) children with seventeen (17) staff working at the facility.
d) Proposed opening hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and on four (4) days per year an open day on weekends between 7am and 5pm.
