The Shire of Capel will be embarking on a mulching extravaganza throughout selected verges and public open spaces starting 11th November and lasting for about two weeks. Yes, you heard that right—mulching!

Our Contractor will be rolling up their sleeves, firing up the machinery, and getting down to business to keep our streets and green spaces looking fresh and flourishing.
