The Youth Collective is open to 12-17 year olds who live, work or study in the Shire of Capel.

The CYC brings together young people who want to develop themselves and make a difference in their community.

It is focused on empowering youth-led, youth-driven projects that give young people the ability to organise and lead projects that benefit their

communities.
