Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Shire of Capel is considering a proposal to permanently close John Hogg Road, Capel.
The landowners of Lots 1-4 and Lot 6 Yeardy Road, Capel have subdivisional approval through the WA Planning Commission to rationalise the existing lot boundaries to reflect the current land zoning under the Greater Bunbury Region Scheme, and to provide more practical access routes for new lots to be created adjacent to the existing John Hogg Road.
The Shire of Capel is requesting comment from potentially affected stakeholders to assist in identifying potential constraints to the closure. Plans setting out the area affected by the closure are shown on the next page following.
