IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19, we are now holding meetings online. Questions need to be submitted or by email by 12 noon the Tuesday before to the Council meeting. This will allow us to fact check, record and prepare an answer.
A maximum of two questions may be submitted by a person at any one meeting. Question time is at the start of the meeting. All questions and responses will be printed in the Council Minutes inclusive of the name and postcode of the submitter.
