Customer Service Charter
The importance of customer service has received strong support from Council and the Executive Management Team with the recent launch of its Customer Service Charter.
The Charter outlines the organisations commitment to its customers in seeking to provide quality services to its community, specifically focusing on the three areas of contact, being face to face, telephone and correspondence (letters/emails).
