In accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, notice is hereby given that Satterley Property Group has prepared the proposed draft Dalyellup Beach Estate Structure Plan Amendment – Modification 14 at Lot 9105 Harewoods Road (Dalyellup Boulevard/Norton Prom) Dalyellup.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the proposed Structure Plan Amendment have been deposited at the Shire Administrative Office in Forrest Road, Capel and at the Dalyellup Library Norton Promenade, Dalyellup and are available for inspection during office hours up to and including Friday, 12 January 2018.

Submissions on the proposed Structure Plan Amendment can be lodged in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Capel, PO Box 369, Capel WA 6271 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and are to include the Structure Plan name, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged on or before Friday, 12 January 2018.
Please note: The proposed Structure Plan Amendment is being advertised to seek public comment on the proposal. The advertising of the Structure Plan does not indicate any formal support of the proposal by the Shire of Capel or the Western Australian Planning Commission.
